1. Please go to our website www.clubpilatessandiego.com click on the schedule link, at the upper right click on "New Users" sign up here. Create an account on our system with a username and password. This is step one... you can not yet sign up for classes, as your voucher classes need to be applied to your account by emailing Club Pilates, please follow step 2 to be able to sign up online. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATED “WELCOME EMAIL” FROM CLUB PILATES, HOWEVER YOU NEED TO FOLLOW STEP 2 BEFORE YOU CAN REGISTER FOR CLASSES. 
 
2. Once your account profile is created, email your name and voucher certificate number to  allison@clubpilatessandiego.com. We will need to activate you’re voucher BEFORE you can sign up.  Please allow up to one business day for your voucher to be activated, however we usually activate much faster.  YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATED EMAIL “PURCHASE RECEIPT” WHICH MEANS YOU CAN NOW SIGN UP ONLINE.

3. You will receive an Automated email receipt once your voucher is activated, and from there you may schedule all classes online. You will receive an automatic “class confirmation email”  for every reservation correctly booked. Please remember the 24 hr cancellation policy, ANY CLASS CANCELLED WITHOUT A 24 hr NOTICE WILL BE LOST NO EXCEPTIONS ESPECIALLY FOR SUPER DISCOUNTED VOUCHERS. Thank You.

Question: What is a Voucher or Daily Deal?

Answer: A Few times a year Club Pilates partners with companies like "living social" and "groupon" to offer an amazing introductory Pilates Special for NEW TO CLUB PILATES CLIENTS. This special is usually purchased within a 24 hr time span directly from the company Club Pilates is partnering with. After you purchase your amazing good deal from that company you will receive a voucher via email 1-2 business days later, good for those classes at Club Pilates. You will then follow the voucher activation steps described below on the left to activate your voucher.

Question. How do I schedule my first class?

Answer: You will follow the steps listed below on the lower left hand column. You must schedule all classes online, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATED EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR ALL CLASSES. Please do not call the studio to activate your voucher as we will direct you to the instructions on the website. We are happy to accommodate or answers any questions you may have.

Question: How long does it take to activate my voucher?

Answer: Most vouchers are activated the same Business day but may take up to 1 full business day to activate. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. If you wish to attend a class please activate your voucher the BUSINESS DAY BEFORE (or sooner) if you plan to attend class.
